Vi sov på vandrarhemmet, ok familjerum, Trevlig personal och bra frukost.

Sov inte en blund på tre nätter pga buller..spring i korridoren..dörrar som heeela tiden öppnades o stängdes.. VÄLDIGT LYHÖRT!! Frukosten på hotellet bredvid var dock helt fantastisk!

The reception is open only from 8 am to 4 pm, and if you come later you need to pick the keys from a locked box. However, we never received the email with the information about picking up the keys, and as our booking confirmation said that check-in is possible from 3 pm to 12 pm, we were quite surprised when we arrived at 6 pm and all the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. We had even tried to reach the hotel beforehand but they didn't return to our calls, text or voice mail. We managed to get our keyes with the help of other guests staying in the hostel but all in all, it was difficult to get in contact with the staff with such limited opening hours, and the information we received was lacking. Due to not getting the info email we also had to sleep the first night without bedsheets, as we didn't know we should have had to reserve them beforehand, (even though the confirmation email stated they were a mandatory cost, so we understood there's no possibility to bring our own) and since reception was closed when we arrived we had to do without. The walls of the hostel are paper thin, so if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I can't recommend this place. We happened to have noisy neighbours so it was quite annoying to wake up early every day due to noise. Otherwise the place was ok, an affordable option to stay in Visby and the location is good.

Rent fräscht med bra frukost. Men omöjligt sova med knarrande golv, dörrslam, knarrande grannsängar o dragigt fönster!! Hela hostellet behöver en rejäl renovering!!
