The one who picks the phone when you get stuck in their washing machines is mostly good with service and understanding but the other side.. NOT NOT ⚠️ WARNING: If you use Wash World, keep a close eye on your car! I pay for a Premium subscription, yet I often drive all the way to their facilities only to find the machines out of service. Even worse, my rear number-plate light housing came loose immediately after a wash in Malmö. I reported it, submitted photographs, and challenged their rejection, but Wash World’s claims handler refused compensation because their system supposedly showed no faults. I have also experienced their equipment pushing my side mirrors inward. My advice: inspect your car carefully before and after every wash, take photos, and keep your evidence. Based on my experience, you should not assume that a damage claim will be taken seriously just because you report it. I have lost confidence in their equipment and their willingness to take responsibility. If you love your car, be careful and think twice before trusting Wash World with it. 🚗

Hi! We're very sorry to hear about your experience and that you've lost confidence in Wash World. We understand how frustrating it must be to arrive at one of our car washes only to find that the equipment is out of service, especially when you're paying for a Premium membership. We're also sorry to hear about the damage you've reported and your disappointment with how the claim was handled. Our damage claims are handled by an external claims partner, who reviews the available documentation and assesses each case individually. Unfortunately, this means that not every claim results in compensation. We understand that this is disappointing, particularly when you feel that your concerns haven't been properly addressed. We take your feedback seriously and continuously work to improve both the reliability of our car washes and the experience we provide to our customers. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we're sorry that we haven't met your expectations. Best regards, Jasmin
