A true haven for specialty coffee enthusiasts! Volca is an absolute must-visit for serious coffee lovers. Insider tip: don’t just order standard brew; take a look at their selection of single-origin beans with full traceability right down to the specific farmers and lots. Then, ask them to brew it as a V60 - it’s not glaringly obvious on the menu, but it brings out the complex tasting notes beautifully (loved the accompanying info card!). The food also punches well above its weight—the toasted sandwich paired with chimichurri was sensational. Small, intimate, and top quality.
