Google Reviews is supposed to be a platform for sharing real experiences. First of all, we have never claimed to be a specialty coffee shop. Our storefront clearly says "Café/Bakery." That is who we are and what we proudly offer. We have never pretended to be anything else. You are judging us against expectations that we have never created or advertised. Behind every review, there are real people. People who wake up early every morning to bake fresh croissants — **which you haven't tried.** People who carefully source some of the finest coffees from Swedish roasters — **which you haven't tasted.** People who clean the café after a long working day — **where you haven't even taken a seat.** Instead, you take a quick glance, leave a one-star review, and walk away. Ironically, this is exactly the kind of customer behaviour that deserves one star itself. You don't like our coffee machine? That's perfectly fine, and we respect your preference. But how exactly does that justify a one-star rating for an entire business you haven't actually experienced? I genuinely hope that one day you'll run your own business and experience what it feels like to be judged so casually, without someone taking the time to understand the work behind it. I would also point out that using a review to actively promote a competitor raises serious questions about the purpose of your contribution and Google's review policies. Finally, dismissing an Eversys simply because it isn't a La Marzocco shows a rather superficial understanding of specialty coffee. The quality of a cup is not determined by the logo on the machine. **We welcome criticism. We welcome different opinions. But we believe that a review should be based on an actual experience, not a passing glance and a preconceived idea.**
