The car itself was fine. The car seats were not great, however. Both before and during the booking I tried to make contact with the office, to no avail. When I brought up the fact that no one answers the phone in the office on collecting the car, the man working there said that they prioritise emails and gave me the email address. I then received no reply to my email. The location is quite hard to get to and from. I'd recommend using an electric scooter if possible...
