Avoid if insurance related. Unable to provide a written quote or invoice for a booking showing prices on official letterhead. Also customer service isn't great when I've used them on a few occasions. Cars are generally good, but there's other car hire companies with equivalent pricing, much better service and better business practices.

Rented a car here twice the 2nd time they didnt have anything available but were still able to make something work by noon. Really great guys and when I'm back in Gothenburg I will absolutely rent from them again.

Can't tell enough of how customer centric these guys are. They bend backwards to support the customer. Cars are new amd hassle free. I would rate them 10 out of 5!
