Sämst taxibolag, bokade taxi fick vänta en timme. Ringde upp igen och fick höra att nån annan tagit vår taxi och var tvungen och boka igen, totalt 1,5 h väntetid trots att vi blev lovade 15 min

Nous sommes satisfait de ce taxi, nous les avons contacter par mail pour le point de rendez vous une réponse en moins de 5 min le temps de communiquer le point de rendez vous. Il est venu à l'heure et la course s'est fait normalement il a décharger les bagages. Service au top merci.

J'ai réservé par mail un trajet pour l'aéroport 2 jours avant, réponse très rapide. Le chauffeur de taxi était très sympa, nous a aidé à décharger les valises. Prix comme annoncé par mail. Je recommande fortement, si vous ne parlez pas bien anglais par téléphone 😊

Taxi driver was at the airport waiting with a sign. Our hotel was only a 5-minute drive away from the airport but prices charged were exorbitant. Upon arriving at the airport, the driver just dropped us off on the sideline (not at the main entrance), offload our luggages without saying anything and left. The strong winds at that point was too difficult to navigate (the ground was icy and slippery and the wind made it difficult for us to walk even a few steps) and we ended up getting help from passerbys who helped us with our luggages into the hotel. Fast forward to the day we depart from the hotel to the airport, the driver arrived exactly at 12pm. However, after speaking to a lady (one of the hotel guests), he then came in asking how many luggages we have. Without a second word or any explanation, he went on to accept this family and drove us (the three of us who had prebooked the minivan earlier on) and this family of five in the minivan. We were then charged the SAME amount that was quoted earlier with NO explanation on why he accepted another family - absolutely NOTHING. The driver should have the courtesy to explain and ask us if it’s alright for him to take in another family and SHOULD have charged us a lower fees considering we had pre booked the minivan and we had to share with someone else now. Worse still, when the driver was offloading our first luggage, he handled it in a very rude manner and our luggage actually fell straight on the ground and he had no courtesy to even pick up the luggage nor offer an apology. Very horrible experience. If anyone is looking for a taxi service / airport transfer in Kiruna, please stay away from this.

I 100% recommend this taxi company. I prebooked 4 taxis across 4 different days for our trip to Kiruna over email. All 4 taxis turned up exactly on time, all charged the prices I was originally told, and Taxi Kiruna were very accommodating when I needed to change the time of two of the taxis. Very reliable and efficient service

Ble hentet på kvelden på togstasjonen. Vi hadde ikke forhåndsbestillt. Neste dag hadde vi 2 turer til. Hyggelige sjåfører hver gang. Og de kom raskt når bestillt.
