Super responsive via WhatsApp message, even at midnight I was able to confirm a ride from IceHotel to Abisko for the next morning. Driver was on time & friendly, with a spacious clean van. We rode again from Abisko to Narvik a few days later, as the replacement bus from SJ would arrive too late for our Tromso connection. Once again, great price and on-time arrival. 10/10 would recommend if you need private transport in the Kiruna region!

Excellent service and very accommodating to my requests. Pick us directly where we lunch in City Center after we arrive by our SJ train from Stockholm. We are from Singapore and we are 3 pax with 3 big luggages and hand-carry. So the price is reasonable and charges the same for big or small cars. It is cheaper than if I book the shuttle from the ice hotel as we have more pax. Then we last minute change the pick-up time yet they are so accommodating. Thank you for the great service and lastly, easy to communicate via WhatsApp.

Unprofessional taxi serice that tries to charge you more at the last minute. I'd avoid this joke of a company. Ordered a taxi several days ahead of time, recieved a fixed rate for the trip and confirmed from my end. Got confirmation from the taxi service the day after. At the date and time of departure the taxi does not show up, when calling the them they jack up the price to more than double and starts arguing of when we need to leave. I booked a taxi at a specific time and not at a time when it suits them. Good to know that in Sweden if the company gives you a price they have to honor it, but that was out of the question. So told them that we´ll solve it with another company. We ended up calling Taxi Kiruna which picked us up in 10 minutes and honored their price. The taxi from Taxi Alan Kiruna Whatsapp called half and hour after the confirmed pickup time to ask where we were, so the switchboard/responsible hadn’t communicated the latest call to the actual taxi apparently either. I´d avoid these unless you want to be picked up a lot later than agreed pickup time and want to be late to wherever you´re going and you want to be held hostage with an ultimatum of double the price than what was agreed on. Wouldn't surprise me if they also jackup the price once they´ve driven you to your destination and you're supposed to pay. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
