Der Preis ist viel zu hoch und ich musste 10 Minuten mit dem Support telefonieren, weil die Rückgabe nicht klappte. Der Kartenleser war defekt, auch die Person vor mir kommte ihr Gepäck nicht selbständig auslösen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

STOLEN LUGGAGE!! f you are a tourist like me and planning to lock your suitcase and explore Malmö, do not — under any circumstances — leave your luggage here. Due to a system malfunction, the locker was opened and my suitcase was stolen from inside. Since then, we have contacted them multiple times by phone and email. However, we only receive updates when we actively follow up, and there has been absolutely no proactive communication or effective resolution process from their side. The handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing and far from professional. I will be pursuing my legal rights regarding this matter. I am sharing this to prevent other tourists from experiencing the same situation.

Our luggage was stolen from the locker despite being securely locked, and we lost almost everything inside. We contacted the company immediately, but they said they could not assist and have still not provided any official response. Our luggage remains missing, and we have received no clear explanation or resolution

This is the worse (by far) storage System I found in the world as a traveler, the message system for the phone is NOT working, just awful.
