Super easy. We used an XL locker which fit a medium and carry on size suitcase. Was able to access and lock the locker easily and our luggage was safe 5hrs later. I was nervous after seeing a few reviews of stolen luggage, so I had to leave a review to balance out the bad ones! With a us number I didn’t recieve a code but there’s an option to use your email address which worked perfectly for me.

Our luggage was stolen from the locker even though it was properly locked. We lost almost everything. We contacted the company multiple times, but they claimed they could not help and have still not provided any official response. Our luggage is missing and we have no information about its whereabouts.

STOLEN LUGGAGE!!! If you are a tourist like me and planning to lock your suitcase and explore Malmö, do not — under any circumstances — leave your luggage here. Due to a system malfunction, the locker was opened and my suitcase was stolen from inside. Since then, we have contacted them multiple times by phone and email. However, we only receive updates when we actively follow up, and there has been absolutely no proactive communication or effective resolution process from their side. The handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing and far from professional. I will be pursuing my legal rights regarding this matter. I am sharing this to prevent other tourists from experiencing the same situation.

Scam locker which requires you to pay upfront without mentioning the size of the locker in any way. I was forced to pay it to figure out that my standard sized luggage case doesn't fit, closed the locker in less than a minute, anyway charged. 10/10 would have rather took a coffee from SJ

Haben einige Sachen eingeschlossen, die Box wurde nach ein paar Stunden einfach so als frei markiert. Wir kamen zurück und konnten die Box nur noch öffnen, indem wir sie mit einem anderen Handy gebucht haben. Jeder hätte sie öffnen können, glücklicherweise scheint das keinem Dieb aufgefallen zu sein. An der Service-Nummer kam nur eine Warteschleife.

Simply doesn’t work for international travellers. The text message never arrives, on multiple attempted phone numbers. Also no “resend” button, so you’re stuck waiting. As it stands right now it’s simply not a reliable service. To the company: do better.
