The room sizes are appropriate for hobbits not humans. For those of you gifted with Frodo Baggins’ proportions, the stay will be enjoyable, though it is mildly irksome that there are no slippers in the bedrooms. An inspection of the evacuation plan confirmed that all the rooms are of the “challenged” proportions.

Jättedålig service tyvärr och otrevlig personal. Vår frukost kom 10 minuter mellan de andra rätterna när vi skulle dela på alltihopa samtidigt? God frukost men de tog dubbelt betalt för kaffe när vi tydligt sa att vi var två som ville dela på en kaffe kanna för 60 kr.

We choose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. It's very good location. The staffs are friendly and professional. They wrote a note for my birthday. We enjoyed breakfast, bar and sauna there. It's very relax and stylish hotel. Highly recommended and hope we will be back soon.

Staff are friendly, responsive, and competent. The building is well restored and well maintained. Beds are divine. Service is excellent. Where it falls short: noise, amenity access and location. Hallway doors begin slamming in the early hours and continue for hours each morning — loud enough to be heard clearly from inside the room. The sauna was effectively unbookable; despite a four-night stay, I never found a slot. Most concerning: the door locks use decorative fobs that are cumbersome enough that the front desk offers to hold your key for you. Each time I retrieved the key, staff simply handed it over with no ID check, including from employees who had never seen me before and had no way of recognizing me. An aesthetic object is a design choice; handing a room key to anyone who asks for it is a security failure and will become an issue at some point.

Incredible property with even better staff. Every detail is executed with precision here. Couldn’t recommend staying here more. The in property restaurant is superb. Staff helped us during our stay with trip planning, laundry, sauna bookings, it all felt very personal and polished

Belle experience dans ce nouvel hôtel à Södermalm. Il manque un peu de service mais sinon la lieu est agréable.
