We stayed at your accommodation for 5 nights, and not once were we able to get a decent night’s sleep due to the poor quality of the accommodation. We were extremely dissatisfied with our entire stay! We paid you a lot of money, yet we couldn’t even get a proper night’s sleep! We paid 4,458 SEK, and our room didn’t even have a window. We felt like we were staying in a prison cell. The fan was constantly humming without stopping, we were repeatedly woken up by doors slamming, and we could hear our neighbors. Our room was located right next to the shared areas, so we could hear everything, even after 10 p.m., as well as noise coming from neighboring rooms. On top of that, we had to make our own bed upon arrival. There was no room service, and although breakfast was supposedly included, nobody informed us about it or sent us any information. We only found out about it the day before we left. When I called to complain about guests in the shared areas not respecting the quiet hours, the man on the phone told me to wear earplugs?! You cannot be serious! I then sent an email, an SMS, and contacted Booking.com’s customer support, but nobody responded, even after two days! By chance, I met the manager the day before our departure and tried to resolve the situation with him in person. It seemed as though we had reached an agreement, and he said he would get back to me. However, he never contacted me again. After we returned home, you finally replied and asked why we hadn’t raised these issues while we were still staying at your property. We had already done exactly that, repeatedly! After exchanging a few more messages, you told us to deal with the matter through Booking.com. However, Booking.com is merely the platform through which your accommodation is advertised and booked. The responsibility for the quality of the accommodation, the conditions provided to guests, and the customer service lies with the property owner or management, not with Booking.com. We paid 4,458 SEK for a stay that left us exhausted and extremely disappointed. We repeatedly tried to resolve the situation while we were still at your property, but our complaints were ignored, and the manager failed to follow through on his promise of compensation. We do not consider it acceptable to dismiss our complaint by referring us to Booking.com after we have already made several attempts to resolve the matter directly with you. We expect you to take responsibility for this situation and offer us appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience.

cant open the windows at all (breathing & fresh air is overrated), room is absolutely claustrophobia-inducing, no chair, posters with rules (eg. you cant eat in your room and that you are being watched by cameras) everywhere (!!!), room does not seem tidy, with a half broken table and scratches on the doors and walls. i would also be aware if you have a sensitive nose/allergies, would not recommend.

Ottima posizione, vicina ai servizi e ai trasporti. Comoda cucina in comune. La reception era sempre chiusa ma tramite chat le nostre richieste sono state soddisfatte. La camera doppia senza finestra era un po’ piccola e con un po’ di polvere.

Experiencia absolutamente deshumanizante y decepcionante. Tuvimos que cancelar nuestro viaje a Estocolmo debido a una situación familiar de extrema gravedad, una familiar de primer grado enfermó repentinamente y tuvo que ser ingresada en la UCI. Aportamos toda la documentación necesaria para acreditar la situación, incluidos informes médicos y documentación que demostraba el vínculo familiar. A pesar de ello, durante varios días tuvimos que insistir constantemente para obtener respuestas. Nos marearon, nos ignoraron, nos dieron respuestas poco claras y nos hicieron perder un tiempo y una energía que, en esas circunstancias, necesitábamos dedicar a nuestra familia. Lo que realmente nos decepcionó fue la absoluta falta de empatía y humanidad. No pedíamos un trato de favor, simplemente comprensión, respeto y una comunicación clara ante una situación tan grave. No recomendamos este alojamiento en absoluto. Una experiencia profundamente negativa y, sobre todo, innecesariamente deshumanizante.
