I can not believe how bad there system is when coming to sorting out situations and paying. Like I’m trying to pay but they rather send me a payment reminders with the extra charge!! Poor communication as they rather direct you to random stores to answer questions when they can’t deal with the situation properly. Invoice phone number direct you to the website (whats the point of the phone number), like I want to talk to somebody as the website can’t help me. Long story short, I had two months left on my contact lenses subscription when I moved bank, I called, they said they’ll send out the invoice with both months on it and I also canceled the subscription. Didn’t happen. Invoice came with extra charges and for only one month. Called again they directed me to Walley, this is what most stores suggest but Walley do not deal with there contact lenses subscriptions after they was like I can’t find you on our system but we do deal with there glasses subscriptions. I went into the my local store, they couldn’t and wouldn’t let me pay my invoice without the charge the first time and they second time she got really unaccommodating with me and give me a OCR number to pay the last installment. I was polite as I know its not there fault. Flash forward another month, I thought that I finished with them, I just received another invoice reminder and no-one can help me once again as I get pass back and forth with different stores. But on a positive note they was cheaper by 100kr per 30 days wear on the exactly the same contact lenses as specsavers!
