I rarely post reviews but this is exceptional customer service. I was there in late August (12th around 8.30 am) I cannot remember the employee name but he was the only one at that time. He took extra time for all of my questions, gave me tips for Swedish roads, the car was spotless and upgraded ! Definitely deserve a raise as he went above and beyond. Amazing start for my vacations !

Ni lär behöva betala för en bokning och sen inte få tillbaka pengarna. Använd någon annan bara, dessa är så oseriösa att jag behövde ringa polisen

Being a loyal Sixt customer, I find the car rental experience here disappointing. If you book a Mercedes GLC, they will give you a Volvo XC60 (they consider both the same premium SUV class). If you point out the difference in cabin quality and perceived value, they will offer a Volkswagen... If you insist, they will downgrade you to a GLB (despite being a Platinum Sixt member, which usually means complimentary upgrades, and the parking being full of Mercedes cars). That is not okay. Not to mention that there have always been administrative mistakes and delays at this Sixt rental.
