I had an excellent experience renting a car from MABI Hyrbilar Odenplan. The booking process was very easy, and I was able to reserve online using my French driving licence, which was not possible with some other rental companies. The deposit was only SEK 1,000 and was refunded very quickly after the rental. The staff were friendly and clearly explained everything. They were also flexible and allowed me to return the car one hour after the scheduled end of the rental, since the parking facility closed later. The car was new, very clean, and had only around 3,000 km on it. Everything was perfect, and I would gladly rent from them again.

Mycket fräscha bilar och väldigt trevlig personal. Enda feedbacken är att senaste hyrbilen saknade p-skiva, sånt borde alltid finnas i bilen.

We hired a mystery car, but we were not disappointed at all! The car was in great shape, the registration and return of vehicle was very smooth, and the staff are supernice as well. Some money was deducted from the deposit that seemed quite a lot, but calling MABI to get a detailed breakdown of the fees was also very professionally handled. Definitely recommend MABI for renting cars! 😊

Vilken service! Från början till slut var allt smidigt och enkelt, både personalen och hela processen fram tills jag fick bilen. Jag vill även tillägga att bilen jag hyrde var helt ny och ren, både invändigt och utvändigt. Det fanns några repor som inte var dokumenterade, men personalen löste det direkt när jag påpekade det. Allt så bra!!

Excellent rental car company. Staff are efficient and effective and helpful. Especially good for longer term rentals with good long term pricing and a wide range of cars of different sizes. The office is on the right of the entrance and cars are on the -3 level. Elevator down looks a bit dodgy but the area is pretty well lit. Parking spaces are large but the rental area can be very packed at times. There is a Key drop for when the office is closed.

Ringde in idag för att hyra en större bil fick besked om bil skulle in på service för ett oljebyte och vi som kund kunde hyra den samt att vi skulle ta den till verkstaden för oljebytet ! Den här firman har urusel service för kunden inte menat att kunden ska ta era bilar på fordons service på er bekostnad och på vår semester kostnad, ni kan också stå på tårna då ni törs, otroligt löjligt och fruktansvärt tids bekostnad på kund. Detta franchisetagare är undvika under all kritik.
