Excellent service, excellent English. We booked an EV and received a Lexus RX, the car was immaculate and quite new however coming from a Tesla (my own car) to a Lexus found it overly complex and almost unfathomable to charge. I had to charge a few times due to my long drive up to the East, 400+ miles, and each occasion I could never be sure it was charging. The car developed a fault on the last day but other than annoying message permanently on the dash it worked fine. I would definitely rent here again. Their location is right by the main arterial road out of the city for ease and an Uber from the central area was under £10 / $15. When dropping off the car they have an out of hours drop off and right across the lot is a taxi office. Next door is a service station selling reasonable coffee and fresh baked goods etc for your onward journey.

Every step—from booking confirmation and pickup to vehicle handover—was streamlined and customer-focused. The pricing was exactly as quoted during booking, which reflects a high level of transparency and integrity. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences I have had. SIXT combines premium-quality vehicles, outstanding customer service, efficient operations, and transparent pricing into a truly world-class rental experience. I would confidently recommend SIXT to anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free, and premium car rental service, and I look forward to renting with them again.
