I have been calling the company for days… to send me an email quote for our discussed date for the Moving out cleaning. They agreed on the date (29th sept) and said they will send an email. They never did. I had to call multiple times to ask them to send me the email quote. I messaged them as well which they reacted to with the thumbs up (screenshot attached) And finally today I called them again and they said just give us 10 minutes. And after hours when I’m calling to check what happened, they said that they checked the schedule and they don’t have a slot until October 2nd. Completely unprofessional. They wasted my time… and now I have to reach out to other cleaning companies… so close to my Moving date. I will never hire them for any cleaning services for myself again.
