They failed to show up and never informed us that they weren’t coming. We received a confirmation several days before the scheduled date, but on the actual time they were supposed to clean they didn’t contact us at all — neither by phone, WhatsApp, nor SMS. We stayed home, prepared everything for their arrival, and prioritized their booking, but heard nothing from them. We also tried calling and sending messages without receiving any response. They only contacted us several hours later to say they couldn’t make it.. it was too late! I do not recommend this cleaning company to anyone!

Svar från Orion Städ

Thank you for your feedback. We truly regret the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, on the morning of your appointment, the team experienced an unexpected car incident and was unable to reach your location. I was at another job and only received the information later, which is why my response was delayed. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I contacted you and even offered a complimentary cleaning to compensate for the inconvenience. We always aim to provide a high level of service, and we understand your frustration.... Visa mer Still, we do not believe this single unforeseen situation reflects the quality and professionalism of our work or our commitment to our clients. We wish you all the best and hope you find a service that suits your expectations.

High quality home cleaning! I am very satisfied with the results. They bring their own material so I don’t have to think about buying needed material etc. Also, the communication with the company is very easy!
