Dear Team, I am writing this message as a formal escalation, given the lack of clear response and resolution regarding the payment for the voice-over project “The Lost City of Eldarath”, which has already been fully completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed terms. As previously communicated, the project consisted of 30 narrated chapters, all of which were recorded, reviewed, approved during the process, and delivered in full. At this stage, there are no pending deliverables on my side. The agreed professional fee for this project is USD 5,000, which remains outstanding. Despite multiple follow-ups and my continued willingness to cooperate, I have been redirected repeatedly and asked for personal information that is not required nor standard for international commercial transactions. This situation has caused serious concern and is not aligned with professional or corporate payment practices. I want to be very clear: The service has been rendered in full The work has been delivered and made available The obligation to process payment is now due I am therefore formally requesting immediate clarification on the payment process and confirmation of when and how the payment will be released. The payment can be completed via PayPal, using standard invoicing details, as is customary in international voice-over and media production contracts. I entered this collaboration in good faith, honored my commitments, and delivered professional work on time. I now expect the same level of professionalism and compliance from your organization. Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a prompt response so this situation can be resolved amicably and professionally.
