Our experience in Sacred Sauna was very nice, our ritual was lead by Emmi, she was extremely caring and the ritual was really amazing. We got all the important information right after singing up and paying for the ritual. One thing that feels weird to me is the fact that you don’t get towels here. I think that for this price it’s really a necessity to give towels to the guests, also they don’t offer you cups for water and toilettes are on a different floor (in shopping centre)… we knew all this information before, but I think all these things are downgrading the whole service massively.

Don’t go at 7am!.. I’d planned a nice sauna pre work but got there and the sauna wasn’t on!… 45 mins later and sauna is c45 degrees and I’ve got to leave for work. Waste of time
Svar från Sacred Sauna
Hi Robert, we’re sorry that the experience didn’t meet your expectations. For our early Open Sauna bookings, we clearly communicate both on the website and in the booking confirmation that if you’re the first guest to arrive, you’ll be asked to switch the sauna on yourself. It normally takes around 10–15 minutes to heat up. We know this isn’t the perfect setup, but due to current safety requirements, this is how the early sessions need to operate. That said, we absolutely understand that this wasn’t the experience you were hoping for. Please email us at info@thesacredsauna.se and we’d be very happy to compensate you and hopefully give you a much better experience next time.

What you need to know: There is no toilet inside. You have to go one floor down and pay 12 SEK to use the toilet as I did. There is one big sauna -super hot and really nice!♥️The small cold pool is also great The shower is outside only. There was no hairdryer or anything to dry my hair with🤯 In the end, I had to change outside with wet hair because the girls who were trying to enter the changing room before me entered the code too many times, and the door got locked🙁🤯🤯 Thank you for the experience, but can't recommend it nothing change
Svar från Sacred Sauna
Hi Ivanna, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re happy you enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge, but we’re sorry that the rest of the visit left you disappointed. Getting locked out of the changing room while wet, combined with the toilet and changing facilities, clearly made the experience frustrating and that’s not how we want a visit to Sacred to feel. Please email us at info@thesacredsauna.se. We’d really like to follow up personally, compensate you and hopefully give you a much better experience next time.

Thank you so much for the lovely words 🙏 We’re really happy you enjoyed the guided experience and got to discover the ritual properly. Hope to welcome you back for another Sacred Session soon.
