Hej Varför har ni stängt erat telefonnummer i Stockholm. Fråga vad har ni för mail adress så man kan skicka in krav på ersättning , för att ni inte hjälper era kunder att komma hem. Utan vi får köpa dyra biljetter av annan bolag och stå för hotell och mat. Varför sätter ni inte ut en mailadress ? Tacksam för svar

⭐ 0 av 5 Jag bokade en resa till Thailand för tandläkarbehandling. Strax före avresa dog min pappa. Enligt Qatar Airways egen policy ska man få full återbetalning vid dödsfall i nära familjen. Jag skickade in alla handlingar: dödsbevis, läkarintyg, bokningsbekräftelse, betalningsunderlag. Istället för stöd och hjälp möttes jag av ändlösa ursäkter, tomma kondoleanser och orimliga krav på översättningar och dokument som inte ens existerar i Sverige. I stället för att underlätta i en tid av sorg har Qatar Airways lagt sten på börda. De har visat total känslokyla när jag befann mig i sorgechock. Jag har nu anmält dem till ARN, försäkringsbolag och bank. Aldrig mer kommer jag att resa med Qatar Airways.

Pas top la compagnie. J'étais très déçu. Le 777 330 ER des écrans qui datent des années 60. Service pas top plus de 7h de vol avec 1h de retard et on nous sert un petit déjeuner c'est tout un seul repas 🤔🤔🤔 c'est très mesquin. C'est ça le Qatar air way ??? franchement non merci pour la prochaine fois sans façons.

I’ve had very good experiences flying with Qatar Airways in terms of in-flight service. However, their customer service and policies regarding damaged baggage are extremely disappointing. My suitcase, which cost €500, was returned with a damaged zipper and deep scratches. When I contacted Qatar Airways, I was told that it is not their policy to repair or replace damaged luggage—even though repairs would cost around €200. Essentially, they expect customers to cover the cost themselves, regardless of the damage caused during... Visa mer handling. This can become very expensive if it happens frequently. Additionally, the customer service experience over the phone was frustrating. While I don’t claim that my English is perfect, I found it very difficult to understand the representative I spoke with. Calling a Swedish number only to be redirected to a call center in India, with a language barrier, made the situation even more stressful.

If you’re thinking of purchasing exit row seats on Qatar 777-300ER or their very old A320, please don’t, save your money. 777-300ER, although you have the leg room that’s it. You need to become friendly with the person sitting next to you quite quickly. You are basically sitting on top of each other. Small, uncomfortable seats. A320, I can’t believe that the aviation industry or laws have allowed Qatar Airlines the seat pitch for their emergency exit seat. It’s the same pitch or appears to be as a non exit seat and they sell it as exit. Wasted my money purchasing these exit rows, please don’t make the same mistake I have. 5 star Airline by who’s claims. What a joke, I felt like I was flying a low cost airline. Nothing here to suggest that Qatar Airlines should be voted number 1 in the world, the world, there are better low cost international airlines that outdo Qatar Air. Somethings gone wrong here with surveys or somehow Qatar has pulled the wool over the world populations eyes. Just cause you self proclaim to be number one although Skytrax says so, mmmmmmm, somethings not right here, doesn’t mean you actually are. Will never fly them again, couldn’t image sitting in exit row all the way from Australia to Qatar, just don’t people. If you don’t believe me, I would invite you to experience this Pathetic Airline. Food portion for economy, I thought it was an entree at first. Let’s talk about Doha Airport. We departed from gate 90, which is down stairs in the dungeon. Disgusting and pathetic for Qatar. NO aircon, one toilet with line ups of men and women needing to use the toilet. Qatar wanting to be number one airport in the world, well, they seriously have a long, long, long way to go.

Wendy Vu Thi Thanh Huong the country manager is extremely rude towards customers. Can’t believe that Qatar Airways has a double standard for their branch in Vietnam.
