The location is great and the breakfast is good. I stayed here 2 different occasions in a short time period. As much as I tried to be positive about the room, it just over all did not feel very clean. The moment I saw silverfish in my bed was the final -no thanks. The walls are fairly dirty and also the carpet just does not look clean. With small updates to the room this would easily be a great option and competitor for the Scandic nearby.

They suddenly cancelled our room which we booked months in advance without an explanation at first. We booked a hotel room half a year in advance. Suddenly two month before we were supposed to attend, they cancelled our room. Rhey didn't give us a reason for the cancellation at first. They didn't call or anything. They just send an automated email which luckily didn't end up in my Spam folder, telling us our room was cancelled. The reason why they cancelled was sudden renovation from the beginning to the middle of the year. Which I had to ask for to know. Terrible customer service and outright awful behaviour from their side just cancelling on us without saying sorry or calling us to confirm we got the E-Mail. We would've been stranded if we wouldn't have caught this.

Otroligt prisvärt hotell. Personalen hade väldigt gott bemötande och det var enkelt att få hjälp av dem. Rummet tyckte jag var trevligt, inget hypermodernt men ändå allt man kan tänka sig behöva. Blev lite nervös av tidigare recensioner som pekar ut orenlighet och mögeldoft men det var verkligen ingenting jag plockade upp. Frukosten var min favorit av alla hotell jag varit på. Väldigt brett och spännande utbud.

Scad 1 stea pentru ca pe booking apare ca hotel de 4 stele, insa nu poate fi încadrat la această categorie. Probabil a fost la început, dar în prezent mobilierul și ușile sunt învechite și ușor deteriorate. Trecând peste acest detaliu, eu și prietenii mei ne-am simțit foarte bine la acest hotel. Are și saună gratuită, de care ne-am bucurat seara. Micul dejun a fost absolut minunat, nu puteam cere mai mult. Eu și soțul meu avem intoleranțe alimentare și ne-am bucurat foarte mult să găsim un colț dedicat pentru produse glutenfree și vegane. Brioșele și brownies delicioase. Eu și grupul meu de prieteni am reveni aici oricând.

We booked the good morning hotel/because it looked nice for a overstay

We booked the good morning hotel/ vessel in gotenburg. Check-in went smooth and the girl at the reception was very good. After a litlle while we found out she was handling the reception / bar / kitchen and problems of the guests at her own. Guests arriving needed to wait for check in 15 minutes, same at the bar and ordering food. I wonder if management know about this situation?? And how is safety managed for all guest??? Where is the Muster point, who checks if everybody is of the vessel when a situation occurs. One person taking care off all things and responsabilities ? I had a discussion with my wife to leave the vessel and book something else with extra costs cause this company is playing with our and other lives. Shame on the managment with ostrich politics. I hope somebody from the managment will pick this up, i hope people will not be booking anymore. Rob Schadé.

I had couple of booking in different…

I had couple of booking in different hotels, all of them accepted to cancel my booking due to corona virus crisis but This hotel was the only one which refused to cancel or modify the booking date for me due to corona virus crisis! It’s a shame! Also the receptionist was so rude!

No customer service

I booked a room with this hotel group in Lund but due to covid we were unable to travel, we contacted all the hotels we had booked for the trip and everyone understood the circumstances and cancelled our bookings except this hotel group.They refused any refund, charged the full price and did not answer any emails. Once they have your booking they dont care and have no customer service or respect. I will never use this hotel group again and recommend you dont either.
