I really don't recommend it! Despite a very pleasant setting, I've rarely seen such poor organisation. When we arrived at reception, the young people in charge of allocating us seemed embarrassed by our presence. When it came to giving us our canoes, one of them asked us if we wouldn't rather take canoes in pairs and huffed when we told him we'd paid for individual canoes. Having canoed before, I'd never seen so little safety (no supervision) and the young manager didn't bother to close the plug on my canoe properly. As a result, when I was knocked over, the canoe took on water and started to sink, which tore off the cap. When I got back to reception, I informed the managers, who fined me and were indifferent to what I had to say. To sum up: a disgrace!

Hello, I am sorry to read that your experience with the kayak rental last Saturday was not satisfactory. My staff on site told me that you seemed happy when you returned to reception after paddling, but that one of you had tipped over and that the lid to one of the storage compartments had been lost. Due to an internal misunderstanding, the staff happened to charge you for this. I suppose that upset you quite a bit. The lid should have a safety line, which prevents it from sinking to the bottom. Such a line was missing, for which I take full responsibility. We should, of course, not have asked you to pay for it. I have now made a refund of the same amount. Worth trying for the ones who love water and are in the city during summer! We tried kajak! The service tho was a bit slow and not so well-organized! The vest were not so comfortable.

Location de 4h, le temps passe trop vite sur cet endroit calme et reposant en pleine nature. N'hésitez pas à prendre le bus ( environ 15 - 20 min ) pour sortir de stockholm et changez d'ambiance. Nous avons été super bien reçu. Tellement apaisant et relaxant.

Superbe expérience ! Accessible facilement depuis Stockholm (à une20aine de minutes en bus). Réservation en ligne uniquement. Dépaysement assuré, un vrai bonheur !

Positivt: Bra läge, fin paddling större delen av vägen ner längs Ältaån, slitstarka plastkanoter som funkar bra för nybörjare. Mindre bra: Hade kanotvagnar som eg bara passade bra för dom mindre kanottyperna, flytvästar "one size fits all" (eg bara upp till runt 60 kg). Vägen till iläggning i Dammtorpssjön tar ett tag då den inte är helt enkel, räkna med det vid planering.
