Desk personnel was useless. We complained about children entering the sauna by the back entrance, people in the sauna with swimwear on, dirt and loud atmosphere with other people not respecting basic rules and silence. The answer from desk personnel was "okay", and nothing changed, as they did nothing. Overall, a poor experience.

Took the 17 train from Stockholm city center. Got off at Bjorkhagen station and walked the gravel path through the park as I wanted a little nature walk too. Took about 40 minutes to arrive at the facility. Easy check in and went back and forth from the sauna to the lake. My appointment was at 5:30 but I checked in a little earlier with no issues. The entire time I was there I think I saw 3 other guys in the locker room, so was relatively empty. Be mindful to bring footwear, towel, bathing suit and a lock ir you don’t want to have to rent anything. I just went into the sauna with a large towel wrapped around my waist then changed into my swim trunks when going to the lake. Felt amazing going into the lake after sitting in the sauna for a while. Finished it all off with a coffee and sweet treat afterward at the cafe. At $15, this was a great affordable way to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend trying it out!

土曜の朝イチに行きました。 こちらのサウナへは、ストックホルム中心部からのバスを乗り換えることでアクセスでき、バス停から歩いて3,4分で着きます。 HPで事前予約・決済しましたが、最初来た時は0人で、後から2人くらいやってきました。 女性側は最初来た時に2人くらい見かけました。 ロッカーは南京錠を持参するか、鍵をレンタル(有料)することでロックできます。 タオルもレンタルできます。 サウナ自体は、日本にあるサウナと大きな差はなく、温度も90度以上程度でした。 最大の魅力は、サウナ後の水風呂ではなく、湖に入れることです。サウナの建物の外にある湖に入れば、一気に整います。 小鳥のさえずりを聞き、冷たい水を全身で感じ、目では湖のビューを楽しむなど、スウェーデンの大いなる自然を五感で体感できます。 ただ、湖は足がつかないほど深いので溺れないように注意してください。水着は持参されることをオススメします。あと、サンダルと濡れたものを入れる袋もあると便利です。 受付の方もとてもハンサムな方で、サウナ後に談笑できたのも良い時間でした。 手軽に本場のサウナの体験を楽しめるのでサウナ好きの方は行かれることをオススメします。
