Absolute disaster. Had a reservation to watch the London derby. As I'm being told there is no table service, I make my way to the bar just to be enlightened by the waitress that I'll need to go to the other side of the bar (about ten feet) to place my order. (Roughly 20 guests at that time and about a single individual at the bar at that point in time. I also notice later that some individuals are in fact served at that very same spot of the bar, but not me as it turns out). Fire alarm goes off at about 70 minutes into the derby. I'm being told by the waitress that there's nothing to worry about, though ten minutes in I still haven't heard from the staff and as the noice is deafening, all guests step outside until it's resolved (5 minutes remaining of the derby at that time). I remind the staff about the two pints I've already paid for but haven't received, and there seems to be an overall confusion about what beer is out and what kegs need to be replaced. As "systems are rebooting", my initial selection (that I paid for in advance) is not available and I'm asked to select a bottled beer (which I assume is considerably cheaper than the pints I've already paid for, 109 SEK/pint for reference). I need to probe the waitress to find out that two larger versions of Carlsbergs would settle it, so I decide to go for that. I understand that every establishment can have a bad day, but at least keep the satisfaction of your customers a top priority and try to proactively work things out. I will never take my chances here again.
