I had a great experience with Nordic Relocation Group, especially with Marcia, who has handled all my applications, from my very first work permit to my permanent residence permit.
She has always been approachable, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions I had. She explained everything clearly and kept me informed throughout every step of the process.
Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and support over the years.
Highly recommended!
I had a great experience with Nordic Relocation Group AB helping me and my family with our Swedish work permit application. Clear guidance, quick responses, and a smooth process from start to finish and the best part was that we have received our decision within two days after they submitted our application. Highly recommend!
Exceptional Service and Support
The team has assisted me through my company to switch from a student visa to a work permit, and they also helped with my wife’s relocation. Marcia was extremely helpful and handled everything with care and professionalism. The entire process was smooth, and their guidance made a big difference. I truly appreciate their support and highly recommend their services.
We were assisted by Pernilla from NRG during our relocation from Dublin to Stockholm, and the experience was absolutely outstanding!
Pernilla provided personalized guidance and daily follow-up throughout the entire process. She supported us efficiently with all the administrative procedures, which can be quite complex when moving between countries, and helped us find an outstanding selection of apartments, far far exceeding our expectations.
What really made the difference was the personalized support, the human touch, and the high quality of the services provided, especially the apartments, which were well above what we had hoped for. Thanks to Pernilla’s professionalism and dedication, what could have been a stressful transition turned into a smooth and positive experience.
We highly recommend NRG, to anyone looking for a relocation partner. Couldn't recommend more!
Outstanding Relocation Support!
Nordic Relocation Group, and especially Minna, provided exceptional support throughout our relocation to Stockholm! From handling residence permit applications to setting up a bank account and social security number, everything was smooth and stress-free. The whole process took so much quicker than if we would do it on our own. Minna also very quickly found a fantastic apartment for us that perfectly matched our requirements—a rare find in Stockholm!
Beyond the essentials, she shared invaluable local insights, helped us set up BankID, and guided us through health insurance registration. Her expertise and kindness made our transition effortless.
If you're relocating to Sweden, I highly recommend Nordic Relocation Group and their amazing mobility specialist Minna!
NRG has been a great help ever since I relocated to Sweden few years ago from Singapore. Thanks to them, I was able to secure my first apartment here before I moved over, and had everything I need while waiting for the rest of the administration work to be done. And the process of getting the bank account, work & residence permit and ID have been very smooth too.
Ebba has been incredibly helpful since she started on my case. Even when I encountered some issues with my permit, she is able to guide me through the process and resolve it without much hassle. She is always open and patient with any questions and help that I may need with my permit. Really appreciated her great assistance a lot, many thanks!
And I highly recommend NRG to employers who is planning to relocate their future employees to Sweden for work.
