Since first contact with Nordic Relocation Group via my current employer, it has always been good news. They answer the phones and genuinely assist with any questions especially when I had questions regarding moving.
On immigration assistance, it has been excellent. The agent gives every details needed, and still used valid documents from previous application. This made gathering documents easier for me, I appreciate that. And news are relayed almost instantaneously.
I will always recommend them if need be.
I have had the opportunity to work with Nordic Relocation twice during my residence permit processes, and both experiences were excellent.

I had a great experience with Nordic Relocation for my move from India to Malmo, Sweden. Edith was super helpful and supportive throughout the process. Her eagerness to help and make you feel comfortable in the journey made it even better. Highly recommeneded!
They've been wonderful help previously but really dropped the ball the last time I had to use them. Even though I contacted them months in advance to start looking at my permanent residence permit and did so specifically to avoid any "gotchas," they informed me 2 weeks before the due date of my application that I may not be approved because of the cost of my current apartment. So we had to scramble and find a place within 2 weeks. Needless to say this was a huge disruption for my family while we were expecting a new child. In the end we got our permit and are thankful for that but aren't very happy with where we live now. This could have been avoided.
Relocating to Sweden, or to any other country (especially in Europe) is no easy feat, given the inherently connected infrastructure across different governmental and banking systems. However, I was fortunate to have the support from Nordic Relocation Group, in particular Edith and Nazie, to assist with the end-to-end process of settling down.
The activities, ranging from familiarization, housing search, navigating the various applications for personal number / ID card / bank account / BankID / social insurance etc, to meticulous assistance with the different case officers along the way, could not have been handled in a more organized way and I am very grateful for that.
