Went in with a bridesmaid dress for alterations. Was told it would cost 700sek when I asked - turned up to pick it up 2 weeks later and it wasn’t ready. Had to point out where it was as they couldn’t even locate it. Came back the next day and they tried to charge me 1690sek, over double what was quoted. They tried to say I was lying and was never told this information and it was a miscommunication - which is not true in the slightest. Managed to get some discount but still paid 1200 SEK which is nearly double what I was quoted - I needed to take it as I was travelling otherwise I would have left it to speak to the manager/owner in person. I would have never left the dress if I knew it was going to be so expensive, as the alterations were double the price of the dress, and tbh fairly minimal. I was told to email the manager/owner and as you can imagine - I have had NO response even though I emailed again. Terrible service - disgusting treatment of their customers. I should’ve listened to my friend who also had a terrible experience when she was going to get her wedding dress fitted and they were rude, dismissive and talking about her in Swedish thinking she wouldn’t understand. Save your money and go somewhere else if you want a pleasant experience. (Also might as well add, part of the alterations started falling a part already after 5 minutes of wearing)
