I moved to Sweden to study for six months. After I completed the cleaning of the apartment, the inspector informed me that there were no issues. However, they later sent me an email stating that the apartment was not cleaned properly and proceeded to deduct my deposit. When I requested clarification regarding the alleged issues and how the deduction was justified, they did not provide a clear explanation. This experience led me to believe that tenants—particularly foreign tenants— are unfairly targeted for deposit deductions. I do not recommend renting their apartment.

Do not ever rent an apartment by this company by any means. They will use and exploit you for simply using their facilities on a daily measure does not matter if you have used it in a way that it is supposed to (in terms of wearing and tearing) smallest daily damages that can occur you will be debited for. They have a way to easy Queue system to get passed, as simple as if you there are 10 people lined up for an apartment you can just email the agent and and they will get you the apartment, however, be ready for the price.
