At your request, we first carried out a free troubleshooting process to identify the cause of the issue. The time required for this type of free diagnostic service can vary depending on the nature and complexity of the fault, the testing required, and the current workload in the workshop. In some cases, this process may therefore take a few days before we can provide a reliable diagnosis. Once we had identified the fault, contacted you, explained the repair, and received your approval to proceed, the actual repair work was started. Our initial estimate was that the repair could be completed within approximately two working days. Unfortunately, the replacement part we had available turned out to have an issue, which meant that we needed to order and receive a new part before the repair could be completed. We contacted you and explained the situation, and advised that we would need approximately two additional working days. Unfortunately, the repair was cancelled before we had the opportunity to complete the work. The issue itself was repairable, but the unexpected problem with the available replacement part meant that we needed a little more time than originally expected. We completely understand that you did not want to wait any longer, and we are sorry that we were not able to complete the repair before you decided to cancel it. Vi kan dock inte hitta något kundärende, någon reparation eller annan kontakt i vårt system som kan kopplas till recensionen. Vi arbetar alltid för att våra kunder ska vara nöjda med både vår service, vårt bemötande och våra priser. Inför en reparation informerar vi kunden om kostnaden och arbetet utförs först efter att kunden har fått möjlighet att ta ställning till priset. Kunden har alltså alltid möjlighet att välja om reparationen ska genomföras eller inte. Om du har varit kund hos oss ber vi dig därför att kontakta oss direkt och uppge namn, telefonnummer eller ordernummer samt ungefärligt datum för besöket. Då kan vi undersöka ärendet närmare och självklart göra vårt bästa för att reda ut vad som har hänt och hitta en bra lösning. Eftersom vi i nuläget inte kan identifiera något ärende bakom recensionen har vi tyvärr ingen möjlighet att bemöta kritiken mer konkret.
