My worst experience till date .They have slammed me. While check out there were proper checks done of my usage of any service in room . And all looked okay . Couple of hours after my checkout I got a mail stating they have charged me 1500 sek for some products. I am still trying to figure what is it and why it didn't not happen during my checkout. Like this they can charge randomly anyone post checkout.

I booked a superior room, but the experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely small, with not even a chair provided. The bathroom was so cramped that there was no proper space to place my own toiletries. The shower pressure was very weak, and the bathroom door did not close properly. Even though I was very careful while showering, water still leaked out onto the floor outside the bathroom. Basic amenities such as tissues were also not provided in the room. The soundproofing was terrible. Although my room was on the 4th floor, I could clearly hear traffic and people talking on the street throughout the night, which made it very difficult to rest. I am a Marriott Platinum member, but there was no recognition or meaningful benefits offered during my stay. This was far below what I would expect from a Marriott property. The only positive point of this hotel is its convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms, mine was pretty good sized, I imagine some are kind of small. Super location. Great staff.

Hotel situado numa das principais avenidas de Norrmalm, muito perto de duas estações de metro (Hotorget e T Centralen) e da Estação Central de Estocolmo. Design muito agradável, quer nos espaços comuns, quer nos quartos. Quarto pequeno (edifício antigo renovado) mas funcional, moderadamente climatizado, com camas confortáveis , bom chuveiro e "amenities" da Byredo em embalagens que dispensam os produtos de higiene pessoal. O que não estiver disponível no quarto, pode ser pedido na recepção. Pequeno almoço variado e muito agradável. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. O isolamento sonoro em relação ao ruído da rua não era completo. A cortina da parede envidraçada do quarto de banho devia ser um blackout.
