Very grateful to Mindr for helping my father with severe acidity during his stay in Sweden as tourist. The doctor was kind, understanding, and professional. We truly appreciate the care and support during a stressful time. Highly recommended!

Great service for foreign visitors in Sweden. Online/video call consultation. Prescription sent to nearby pharmacy. All done in less than 10 minutes.

This is a good and efficient medical service through online for traveler. Like me forgot to bring my daily medicine in a short business trip to Sweden and I got the appointment online in about 15mins and my prescription sent to local pharmacy which is a life saver for me. Definitely you will need to pay the premiums out of pocket as lack of local insurance. But key is to get the medicine in time.

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. I was warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The doctor was attentive, empathetic, highly professional, and took the time to listen carefully. He was also very responsive and available by WhatsApp and phone whenever needed, which I really appreciated. The clinic is conveniently located and quite central. I would definitely recommend it.

While visiting the country I needed stitches and after no-answer disconntion from 1177 I somehow found this place. Small private practice with professional and quality care especially for foreigners. Responsive to get a same day appointment. WhatsApp used to prescreen my injury with a photo and do intake which was very convenient.

Our son had a stubborn bacterial infection. Doc was able to figure out he was on too low a dose of antibiotics. We got the prescription filled right away and my son immediately began improving. Doc also answered a follow up question I had via What’s App at no charge. Highly recommend.

This is a convenient and helpful service. I started feeling unwell during my travel to Stockholm, and I was able to get an appointment with Mindr first thing the next morning. Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful. However, I am giving two stars because the Mindr provider misdiagnosed me and suggested I go home and rest without prescribing any medication. When I did not get better, I went to a Swedish närakut (urgent care) the next day, and I was referred to the ER immediately after being examined. I got the treatment and medication I needed through the Swedish healthcare system, but I am frustrated that Mindr did not correctly identify my symptoms and escalate care, especially given how much the fee costs. This is a good service, especially for tourists and foreigners, but I would only use it if your illness/ailment is relatively mild or straightforward. For anything more complex or serious, I would go with the Swedish healthcare system.
