Truly amazing - facilities are extremely clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot a critical controlled medication at home in the USA and they were able to prescribe it promptly. Highly recommend

I had a health check-up at Mindr and had such a positive experience. The doctor was very warm and attentive, took the time to really listen to me, and answered all of my questions. I also really appreciated the follow-up afterwards. The doctor went through all of my test results with me and explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming, with beautiful design that made the space feel much more like a home than a clinic. I left feeling very happy with the experience and grateful that I got the help I needed. I would highly recommend Mindr for anyone looking for a thorough health check-up and attentive, personal care.

I hesitated to write a review; in fact, I don't think I have ever written a review. But months later, I still feel so shocked and hurt by the appointment I had. I was seeking help for multi-system issues in my body--a genetic disease, extreme menstrual pains, and ADHD--that have been causing me so many symptoms, like debilitating pain, excessive bleeding, chronic fatigue, and more. I went private because the waiting time in the public system was far too long. The doctor did an excellent job of listening to my story, and I was feeling hopeful at the beginning of the appointment. However, when I was done explaining my issues, one of the first things he said was, "When a patient comes in with this many issues, my first question has to be, 'Have you ever considered that this is all anxiety?' Perhaps you should consider CBT therapy--have you heard of it?" and continued on by explaining his theory based on hunters and gatherers, and how society has changed so dramatically. He also claimed that because he shares some similar thought processes/had a relationship with a woman who had similar symptoms, he and this woman could claim they had ADHD as well, when really 'everyone can say they have a little bit of ADHD or autism in them'. I have a formal ADHD diagnosis, by the way. My goal of the appointment was to try and get testing done/scheduled--for possible endometriosis, for an MRI of my neck/spine, and for anything else that could give me definitive answers. He suggested all my issues were anxiety without even offering/discussing those tests, despite me being very willing to pay for them. I have now been given a formal diagnosis of endometriosis and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome by my public provider. I also received an MRI that showed I have multi-disc degeneration disease, bone spurs, herniated discs, and slight compression of my spinal cord. Turns out, it wasn't just anxiety. If you're a woman, frustrated with the healthcare system and are seeking private care to get better answers and faster testing, I strongly recommend against attempting that with Mindr. The only reason why I can justify 1 star is that he apologised and did not make me pay for the appointment. Mindr: do better. Listen to women. Look into the connection between chronic pain, ADHD, and endometriosis. Stop gaslighting women into believing they are making these things up, or that it is all chalked up to 'anxiety'.

Went in for a concern about a rash on my hands. Mindr was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns when most other places didn't want to see me as a patient, due to the fact that I was a tourist. I was able to get the correct medication prescribed while abroad.

I was looking for a clinic to do a medical check-up and see if everything is fine with my health preventively, instead of treating diseases at the last stage. Mindr offers really great check-up packages, and the doctor, Toha, went above and beyond to explain the procedure, the process, different data points I got from the lab and to answer all my questions. Great experience!

Tolle Praxis und sehr gewissenhafte Untersuchung. Ich musste nach einem Sturz an Bord und einer Rippenprellung eine Arztpraxis aufsuchen und wurde bei Mindr sofort und unkompliziert aufgenommen und behandelt.
