Utmärkt, luftigt, fräscht. Alltid lite lock varor.

I really like this supermarket and have been a customer for years whenever I visit Stockholm; however, unfortunately, I have to write this review due to an issue I encountered here—something that had never happened to me before, especially since all the staff know me. I was leaving the supermarket when, suddenly, two young guys stopped me, claimed to be police officers, and told me to show them my ID. I suspected their identification was fake because they didn't look like police officers. I did not show my ID, and as I continued on, one of them grabbed me by the arm—he was aggressive and broke my fingernail. I was shocked by their aggressiveness, but then I ended up showing them my bag; they said they weren’t police officers, but rather supermarket security guards—yet a supermarket security guard has no right to lie and claim to be a police officer. One of them was very rude and even threatened me. I felt terrible; this had never happened to me before. I was truly shocked by that kind of behavior. I hope the manager and the supermarket solve this type of issue and hire professional staff, this is a very good supermarket—but it risks losing customers due to employees who do not know how to do their jobs.

Trevlig Maxi med mycket p-platser lite mera luftig man känner sig inte så instängd som på andra ica maxi utan det är lite bättre planerat trevlig o hjälpsam personal.
