Otroligt när personalen på herravdelningen står och kollar I telefonen och inte ens kan hälsa. Pinsamt dåligt.

Employee lied about closing time We visited the store on Saturday 17 October around 5:35 pm to buy a pair of trousers. We asked an employee whether they had them in a different size. He seemed irritated, said they were closing now and that he wouldn't help us, and made it clear we had to leave. We assumed we had misunderstood the opening hours, so we apologised and left. Afterwards we checked, and the store didn't close until 6:00 pm. The employee simply lied to us to avoid having to help, even though we had almost half an hour left and were ready to make a purchase. It's very disappointing to be treated this way, especially by a brand that prides itself on quality and service. We hope management will follow up on this.

Very disappointed with my experience with Massimo Dutti. I bought boots for 2,800 SEK and used them only once before a strap/decorative detail fell off. I did not damage or pull it off it simply did not hold properly. I went back to the store and asked for help. I was told that they could not replace the boots or offer a refund. I was also told that if I brought the missing piece, they might be able to do something. I brought the boots back, but unfortunately I was not offered a proper solution no replacement, no refund, no repair, and not even another strap/detail that I could pay for myself. The boots are basically almost new, but I cannot use them properly because an important detail has fallen off after only one use. For a product costing 2,800 SEK, I expected much better quality and, more importantly, better customer service when something goes wrong. I am very disappointed that Massimo Dutti could not offer any reasonable solution. Clearly the Management here isn’t taking bad reviews seriously. Asked for a pair of shoes, staff said they are getting it. I waited 15 mins and nothing. I asked a staff where it is, they said it’s coming. 10 mins go by, nothing. I told them I didn’t want the shoes as I waited long. They just gave me a smirk and said OK. No apology nothing. Horrible attitude. I rarely write bad reviews but this place, both female staff, horrible. Need to be fired

Aldrig varit med om personal som är så arrogant, samt total brist på servicekänsla. Kan tipsa om att göra ett besök för upplevelsen. Nästan komiskt hur mycket dem anstränger sig för att inte upplevas som trevliga.

Jag lämnar aldrig dåliga recensioner, men detta är något av det värsta bemötandet jag har varit med om i en butik. Kan bara hålla med tidigare betygsättare om att det nästan är komiskt hur mycket de faktiskt måste anstränga sig, för att vara så arroganta och otrevliga. Jag köpte ett par skor och det var enligt blondinens ansiktsuttryck (kassörskan) hennes värsta dag ever - suckar och stön och jag var bara så jobbig. Nej fy säger jag bara! Byt ut samtlig personal men först och främst blondinen.

I was surprised by the lack of service at this place. No greetings or questions if I needed any help, nor assistance in the fitting room. Just three grumpy brunettes with heavy make up, acting like they were extremely bored!
