Came in here looking for shoes that would be good for snow last winter. The salesperson showed me 2 different boots. I chose one and tested them out in Stockholm that week. The very first moment I wore them outside my toes were wet. It was not even very snowy and this was in Stockholm city center..... so the sidewalks are quite clear from foot traffic. Too expensive for what it was and it did not function and keep my feet warm and dry the way they said.

While leather footwear can be worn throughout the colder months, it is important to note that leather is not inherently waterproof and requires appropriate care and protection when exposed to snow, slush and moisture.
