I just received the boots today. I don’t know how to even begin to express my gratitude. Kostas took what could have been such a sad and disappointing situation (the boots I initially ordered were not up to spec and so we had to change styles, which I wasn’t happy about at first) and made it one of the biggest fashion blessings I’ve ever experienced. No exaggeration. I absolutely ADORE these boots. They are so, so incredibly amazing. Absolute works of art. They fit like a glove with ZERO need for break in, like a mold of my feet. The craftsmanship, the stitching, the leather quality, the burnishing, it is all impeccable. I will cherish these boots for life. Kostas does the best QC in the business. He won’t let you take something that he wouldn’t be happy with himself, and that is for the best!Thank you again, Kostas. Truly.
You can’t ask for a better customer service experience than buying from The Noble Shoe and dealing with Kostas. I’ve made easily a half a dozen purchases through his online store in the last two years, and I am truly a customer for life. He sells wonderful shoe brands and more importantly, provides a second to none customer service. I cannot recommend The Noble Shoe enough for anybody who is looking to buy quality dress shoes

Kostas is simply the best service in the shoe industry online as far as my experience at least. I bought 6 pairs last year all arrived in perfect condition and his sizing advice was spot on.

Amazing service and amazing shoes. I bought some paolo scafora jodhpurs and they are amazing shoes. Kostas was really transparent and helpful as I asked him about the product. I’d highly recommend.
After I initially wrote a negative review because I thought that my email was ignored and a promotion was missed, Kostas promptly reached out to me directly and ended up rectifying the situation.
