We repaired the car in this service, there was a problem with the clutch, because something was rattling. We were told by them that it is not a problem, allegedly they knew how to fix it, they told that it should be changed 2 bearings and our problem will be solved. Then we paid by bank 7000 sek!!! for the work and took the car back after 10 days. They left the keys on the tyre, and told that they can't give us the keys from hand to hand that they are busy. Now, it is understood why. When we started the engine the noise of rattling occured even more than before. It seemed, that nothing was changed and done. We very politely asked them by the phone to watch it again, maybe they forgot to make something, but they declined everything. It is understood, because the money was paid. Nothing was done, they took 7000sek for the work and cheated us. They knew, that we are not from Sweden, and lived near the service for a couple of weeks, and decided to cheat us, because they understood, that we wan't find them. Very bad service, do not contact them. They are taking the money and doing nothing. Or maybe, the people who work there are not professionals, amateurs. Very bad. My assessment is 0.
