Such a lovely yoga studio, it is warm, peaceful and welcoming. Mariana is a wonderful instructor, she helped me understand and strive to perfect the poses and breath-work. I always feel calm and grounded after each class. Highly recommended!

I've been practicing Ashtanga yoga for the past 4 years, Mariana took my practice to another level. Her deep understanding of the asanas and ability to guide and support you in the smallest details was very meaningful for me.

I’ve been practicing yoga with Mariana at Little Yoga Studio for the past six months and can wholeheartedly recommend both her and the studio. She is a wonderful teacher who truly listens, adapts the practice to each person, and at the same time gently encourages you to progress. The studio itself is small and cozy, creating an intimate and relaxed atmosphere that makes every session feel special.

After each class at studio Little Yoga with Mariana, my boyfriend and me feel as if a second wind opens up inside us. Our bodies become noticeably lighter, especially around our shoulders and chest, and it feels easier to breathe. My boyfriend also experienced significant relief from his back pain after just two months of yoga with Mariana. The classes help us clear our minds and let go of negative thoughts, and this feeling stays with us long after the session ends. Practicing here has been truly beneficial and uplifting. We are grateful for the supportive and healing atmosphere Mariana creates 🙏🏻❤️

I have done yoga breathing sessions with Mariana. I find her inspirational regarding fitness and mental health. Her knowledge of the body including breathing exercises and ways to reach all muscles is thorough. And her instruction style is pleasant.
