PRIVATE YIN YOGA AT IT’S FINEST!! Gabriela (also the Co-Owner) was the perfect person to work with my adult son with Autism. The Studio is spotless, cozy and as soon as we walk in the door you feel SUPER relaxed as well. Gabriella adjusted each session to his individual needs that day and he looked forward to his sessions immensely. Gabriela is also a Personal Trainer and we were able to book sessions with her for him with her as well. There is plenty of parking available for clients and we also really appreciate each session starting right on time and the excellent communication between the Studio and ourselves. HIGHLY recommend whether you are new to yoga in all its forms or an experienced student. There are many options to choose from each week so I am sure everyone can find their special class.
