Omdömen om Krümel Cookies & Crumbs

Svar från Krümel Cookies & Crumbs

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the vegan options and that the cookie didn’t meet your expectations. We genuinely appreciate honest feedback, as it helps us understand where we can improve. That said, we would also have appreciated the opportunity to hear from you directly — whether in person, by email, or through Instagram. We’re always happy to listen, have a conversation, and see what we can do to make things better. Direct feedback gives us the chance to respond and improve in a way that a public review simply cannot. We understand that not every product will be to everyone’s taste, and we take genuine criticism seriously. We’ll certainly keep your feedback about the vegan cookie in mind, and hopefully we can offer an option you like more in the future.
