This place looks like they opened before they where ready to open, they don’t have anything, no tissue paper no cups, the leftover cookies they had was tiny , mediocre taste, very sweet and salty and incredibly expensive, 57 krona for one very tiny cookie , and we waited half an hour to get served, when you ask them what type of coffee beans they use they just answer we don’t know and when we asked them to check they said they don’t have time to check 🤣this is another one of those overhyped overpriced instagram places

I came here because I saw it on social media. I took a scoopable and a chocolate cookie and paid 150 SEK. Thats way too expensive, especially considering it took 40 minutes to get it. A few notes from someone who works with operations on a daily basis: I understand that this place is fairly new and opened just a few months ago. However - its clear that you need to work on your operation. You have 3 people working at the same time and it seems like there is no system to keep all the orders controlled. The young woman in the cashpoint was very friendly even though it was a high pressure environment and the 2 guys with her both were taking care of the scoopable station, is that necessary? Why dont you create a number system and holder to hold all the orders at the station. #2: I expect this place to have a good level of coffee. When I asked what type of roast they have - they weren’t sure. When I asked if they can find out - the answer I got was ”No we can’t right now”. These type of things can really make or break a place like this. People are willing to pay big bucks but you need to have your shit together. Summarized: too expensive, too messy, too long waiting time and too uncontrolled. Also: never say no to the customer when they ask about your ingredients. Unfortunately, this place will not a place I will return to, mainly due to your response about the coffee which I found very rude and obnoxious. :)

Så goda kakor och så sjukt bra och trevlig service, kändes så hemtrevligt och ägaren brinner verkligen för det han gör vilket märks så tydligt :)

BEST cookies i have ever tried! Never liked cookies, but theirs is a another thing! I cant get over the pistachio dubai style one! And the people are so kind and lovely 🙏🏻🤎
