What I appreciated most was how simple and accessible the whole process was. The self-service rental concept makes it incredibly convenient, allowing you to get out on the water quickly and without hassle. The kayaks are well maintained, easy to handle, and suitable for both beginners and more experienced users. The location is absolutely stunning. Paddling across the calm waters of Nydalasjön offers beautiful views of the surrounding forests, beaches, and open landscapes. There is no storage room, so nowhere to put your phone and bag. The equipment is dirty, never been washed. Moreover there is no bridge or whatsoever that could help when you have to get in or get our the kayak. We couldn't even experience kayaking. Just paid the money and had to put the kayak back. Worst experience

Hi Daisy, We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t have the experience you were hoping for. Kayakomat is an unmanned rental station where customers bring their belongings in the kayak, which is equipped with storage hatches for personal items. The equipment is inspected and cleaned regularly. Each customer is also responsible for returning the kayak and equipment in a clean and tidy condition for the next guest. We regret that you chose to end your trip early and will take your feedback into account as we continue to improve our service.
Enkelt och smidigt sätt att komma ut i naturen - en tvåtimmarstur är perfekt för att paddla till andra sidan sjön och tillbaka, med ett litet bensträckar- och fikastopp någonstans längs vägen! Det går fint att ta ner en kajak själv, men det kan behövas en kompis för att lägga tillbaka kajaken efter turen, särskilt om den ska ligga på en av de högre hyllorna!

Riktigt mysigt att paddla runt och plaska på vattnet. Perfekt för första dejten. Då kan din dejt inte sticka efter 15 minuter för att hon tycker du är tråkig, hon är liksom fast med dig på sjön. Du hinner charma henne innan ni går i land. Hejar på dig.

Riktigt trevligt att kajaka runt på Nydala. Perfekt för mig som nybörjare att slippa strömt vatten. Finaste solnedgången hittar du från kajaken på Nydala 🛶
