L’adresse n’est pas la bonne, j’ai cherché auprès des locaux la Kayakomat pendant 2h…(j’avais réservé 4h).Une fois trouvé, je dois déplacer mon kayak (lourd) en traversant des routes et quand je m’équipe, je me rends compte que mon gilet est cassé et ma pagaie également…Il y a pas de numéro d’opérateur donc vous pouvez simplement rien faire. Horrible

Hi, we are sorry to hear about this. I see that you managed to get hold of our support team the same day and that they've issued a full refund. The station has recently moved, and the Google location was not properly updated. I am sorry that the Google addrress was not correct, compared to the correct location written one the booking confirmation and on our website. As for the broken life west and paddle; we will have someone check this asap and replace what's needed.
