When I moved into the property, I paid a deposit of 1000Kr as requested, with the assurance that it would be returned at the end of my stay. However, despite leaving in January attempts to contact the property regarding the deposit, I have not received any response from them. I would caution others considering this property to be wary of their deposit refund process.

This place is overpriced and nasty; everything is dirty all the time (every light in the whole building has bugs living in them). Plus, the people in charge are hard to get to, and when you finally get in a call with them, they are very uncooperative. Whenever they finally cooperate, they are very, very slow to do/handle things.

The time i stayed there was pretty bad. The shower was stuffy and no one answered to the phone for about half an hour, and when they did, the water was out of the bathroom. One single plumber came and he stayed more than 2 hours to fix it. They also make you pay per month and if you want to stay let’s say until 1 may instead of 30 April then you have to pay for the whole may month. So you need to cancel with in 3 months if you don’t want to pay for the whole month even though you’re staying only 1 day. So make sure you’re cancelling in time because you have no one to discuss as they don’t answer the phone. Poor quality services and no interest on improving. And I don’t know what is in the air but it is dust everywhere. I do not recommend. You can find better places to stay in the area.

Very disappointed with their quality of services. I am currently living in the Jotac Student Accommodation, and their services and rules in the contract are awful. Moreover, they rarely answer to the emails and never answer the phone. They force you to cancel the contract 3 months in advance and for the last month if you want to stay even for 1 day, you need to pay for the month in full. I don’t recommend staying here. You can find better accommodation in the area at similar price and way better conditions.
