Good place to stay but worst management. When i vacated the room, i informed them a month before and they agreed on it and after one week of vacating, i called them and asked if i have to pay the two months cancellation fee.. they mentioned that i don't have to cause the room is already given to someone else during those two months. But, after six months, they sent me an invoice with 6500sek to pay. I emailed them once i received the invoice to clarify it as i was mentioned not to pay cancellation money on phone. I didn't receive any reply from them which shows their management skills right there. They don't stay on one word. They don't seem to communicate with their colleagues properly also. It happened not only with me but many indian students who lived there.
