Med ett stort tack till närvarande personal blir det tre stjärnor. Upplevelsen i övrigt mat och dryck får inte en stjärna tillsammans. Men personalen fixade ändå en upplevelse utöver det vanliga.

I used to love JTJ. Lately it seems they are going downhill. Food has been inconsistent , and service even worse. The app is a frustrating experience every time. The worst part is the employees in the stores have no way to deal with these problems and are completely clueless. I was quite disappointed with the service and the nonchalant attitude from this store.

Hostile service and refusal to accommodate customers Date of Visit: January 26, 2026 Time: 10:30 AM I had an incredibly frustrating incident at this place today when I tried to order a chicken sandwich. The female cashier who was working alone and was seemingly stressed informed me that they were out of chicken, but she did so with a look of complete disgust for her job and continued cleaning her hands without paying attention to me. The situation escalated when she told me to pick something else. I politely suggested a simple modification—the same sandwich substituting beef for the missing chicken—and her reaction was completely odd. She snapped "Absolutely not" and began acting erratically and "crazy" over a basic request. The level of hostility and the lack of basic customer service skills at this place were shocking. I choose to blame it on the stress and the bad working conditions but I want to warn others to stay away from this place if you expect to be treated with any level of decency or if you need the slightest adjustment to a menu item. There are plenty of other places that actually value their customers.

Bra upplevelse! Tjejen i kassan var väldigt snäll och tillmötesgående och hjälpte mig hitta rätt på menyn då jag har matallergi. Enda minus är att priserna är åt det högre hållet.

Köpte en acai bowl för att jag var hungrig och det behövde gå lite snabbt. Fick den förvisso snabbt, men den var genomfrusen och gick inte att äta. Gick tillbaka till kassan, tjejen som jobbade där sa att ”de skulle vara så och jag fick vänta på att den skulle smälta”. Har köpt acai på massvis av ställen, och har aldrig fått den i djupfryst tillstånd. Kommer inte gå hit igen..
