Irrespect total. J’arrive tranquillement, je commande mon fameux iced vanilla matcha oat latte. Et là, vlatipa le mec se moque ouvertement de mon effort d’accent américain. Il renchéri en me servant un matcha SANS vanille degueu, tout en m’appelant par un nom qui a RIEN à voir avec le mien. 😤Je sors toujours d’un JJ avec le sourire, mais alors là je peux vous promettre que je boude. PS : ma best copine commande un Pick me up, et là, un goût de fruit gazéifié terrifiant. Remettez en question le staff. Ciao 😡

No hospitality.. the male staff in particular was very rude .. even he was rude to small 5 year old kids… very bad experience

A young male staff member gave me the wrong drink. When I politely pointed it out, he said, “You should not run away with it,” and angrily threw my drink into the sink. Completely unacceptable customer service.
