They don't work on Sundays, but they write down what they do until 3 p.m.

Terrible drive-in experience and unacceptable customer service. The drive-in area is poorly arranged with far too little space to maneuver cars and trailers. The checkout process was even worse. I stated the exact items I had on my trailer and even presented a product label, but I was told I should have taken photos of the barcodes instead. While the cashier actually found the item in the system, her colleague overruled her and demanded we go back outside to inspect it. After waiting in line again with cars backing up behind me, 25 minutes had passed just trying to pay. When I expressed my frustration, the situation escalated. The employee who had overruled the cashier falsely claimed to be the store manager and told me to take my business elsewhere. I have shopped with Jem & Fix for over 10 years without issue, but the behavior and logistics at the Klippan location are completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this branch.
