Ordered and paid for a double bed and all the trimmings in Athens Greece Kifissos branch at 10 am on the 11th November, PROMISED A delivery on the 15 after numerous calls from the delivery and promised from the supervisor that it would be delivered and set up today before 6pm. Again waited for hours, bed delivered but at 6pm the man that was to assemble it called and said that he couldn't come neither would he be able to come tomorrow. UNACCEPTABLE. Why didn't they inform us when we bought the bed. My daughter just arrived from Norway and will have to sleep on the floor. We bypassed so many Greek stores to buy our IKEA furniture. We may not be the best but we are very loyal. In fact my son was just about to oderder 21 metres of kitchen units but will now buy from our neighbourhood Inferior but at least they won't cause us so much distress. We are deeply saddened.
